For the last thirty years, Ronald Picket has participated in all aspects of the commercial and residential real estate business, handling development and leasing transactions for some of New York’s landmark projects such as 317 Madison Avenue, 99 John Street, 70 Pine Street, and the project at 175 Water Street. As a joint equity partner, he has at one time had an interest in 85 John Street, 200 Madison Avenue, 40 Wall Street, 50 Broadway, 306 W. 10th Street and 30 Broad Street. He is also the Chairman of Williamson, Picket, Gross, Inc., a New York City commercial real estate firm. Mr. Picket has invested in several start-up companies within diverse industries.

Mr Mario Aluf-Medina owns patents in database technologies and Telecommunications. Additionally has applied for patents in partnership with Mr Bronson Picket on Social Media and Telephony.

Bronson Picket is the President and Founder of Mobile Telemetry; an IoT based company providing sensors to business owners/mangers wishing to monitor their businesses. He is an innovator in the mobile telecommunications and Social Media world who has successfully applied for telephony and database patents in partnership with Mr Mario Aluf-Medina. He has been an investor in real estate projects throughout the U.S. for over ten years in which he was involved with both the planning and projection of financial analyses. He has also worked actively in various aspects of the entertainment industry for thirteen years.. He is a member of numerous organizations including the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles based, Theater Tribe.

Elia Aluf-Medina, Founder & Managing Partner

Elia Aluf-Medina is currently a senior manager with ZT Group in charge of quality control diagnostics engineering, heading large teams of cloud server engineers since 2014. His previous experience in product design at BermLogic included hardware management, software planning, and development meetings with C-level executives in Fortune 500 companies.
